Our co-founder and CEO, Kathy Zhu, has deep customer empathy and subject matter expertise borne from over a decade as an attorney, most recently leading Commercial Legal at DoorDash. You will be joining a strong founding team with a former Google product leader and AI expert as our co-founder & CTO, a Head of Customer Success, and a seasoned Marketing executive that has led growth from 20M - 100M+ in enterprise SaaS.

About this role

As the Head of Sales at Streamline AI, you will be instrumental in driving the next chapter of our growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a high-performing sales organization. You’ll lead our existing team of two Account Executives and an SDR, and be responsible for closing marquee enterprise deals while also crafting the repeatable sales strategies that will fuel our continued success.
Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to create a seamless, data-driven go-to-market motion. This is a role for a seasoned sales leader with a proven ability to scale, motivate, and mentor teams at fast-growing B2B SaaS companies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable sales processes that align with our evolving market and product strategy
  • Build a predictable sales motion through new customer acquisition and expansion
  • Close complex, enterprise sales
  • Lead the existing sales team and build the foundation for a world-class sales organization, including developing people, building organizational structures, recruiting, training, and development with the ability to draw from a pre-existing network of top-notch talentIdentify and nurture new channel partner opportunities
  • Bring customer insights at scale into the broader marketing and product development process
  • Work closely with other company leaders to drive strategic direction for the company
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years total work experience
  • 8+ years in B2B Sales
  • 4+ years experience in business and sales leadership roles
  • 4+ years experience building and leading teams of experienced individual contributors
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in an industry that has disrupted incumbent leaders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve issues strategically
  • Experience building successful relationships with internal teams, customers, and third parties through empathy and intellectual curiosity
  • Experience driving success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications

BS, BA equivalent, or higher degree
