About the speakers

Kathy Zhu is the co-founder and CEO of Streamline AI, the legal front door for in-house legal teams. Prior to starting Streamline AI, she practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, was Director of Legal at Medallia, and most recently served as the Associate General Counsel at DoorDash, where she spent four years building the commercial legal and legal operations function from the ground up.

Megan Niedermeyer leads legal teams at late stage, high-growth companies. In these roles she focuses on operational processes for automation and scale and counseling founders, exec teams and board members on next-stage company maturity. She currently is the Chief Legal Officer of Apollo.io, a sales automation software and data platform, where she was the first in-house counsel. Prior to Apollo.io she was the first in-house counsel and General Counsel at Fivetran, a data software company, and before that the Head of Legal & Compliance at Gusto, a payroll software company, where in each role she grew the teams and functions during periods of hypergrowth. Prior to being in-house Megan was an associate at Cooley LLP in their San Francisco office focused on VC investors and private companies at all stages of their lifecycle from formation to strategic transaction to IPO. She currently sits on the board of directors of Testbox, a demo and proof of concept automation software.
