Streamline AI’s seed fundraise featured on Law.com

Streamline AI’s seed fundraise was recently covered in an article on Law.com. The article discusses how Streamline AI, an AI-powered, no-code intake platform, was co-founded by Kathy Zhu, DoorDash’s former associate general counsel, and Julian Wimbush, a past Google product lead, to address the challenges in-house legal teams face. Streamline AI received $3 million in seed funding, including participation from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Kathy shared her inspiration for Streamline AI. In her first week with DoorDash, she witnessed a “tremendous amount of chaos” attempting to manage legal intake manually — a time-consuming and expensive product. When Kathy looked in the market, she only found dedicated contract solutions, such as contract management or billing. She shared that what was missing was “a solution that really managed intake, that had workflows and automation and gave me my fix,” which led her to found Streamline AI.
