We are a seed-stage B2B SaaS company that specializes in legal intake software solutions for in-house legal teams. Our innovative platform streamlines legal process request management and enhances collaboration between in-house counsel and other business stakeholders. As we continue to expand our offerings and customer base, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

About this role
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure successful project execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, UX design, GTM, and customer success, to define project scope and deliverables
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and facilitate issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively manage changes in project scope
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement in our project management processes and tools, and implement best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to drive innovation and growth within our legal intake software solution

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably within a B2B SaaS or legal tech environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and hold cross-functional teams and stakeholders accountable
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
