We are a seed-stage B2B SaaS company specializing in legal intake software solutions for in-house legal teams. Our innovative platform streamlines legal processes, simplifies document management, and enhances collaboration between in-house counsel, law firms, and other stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our team as we continue to expand our offerings and customer base.

About this role
Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with our CEO, engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to develop and launch innovative product features and enhancements
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog based on user needs, business goals, and resource constraints
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts
  • Oversee and project manage engineering development tasks to ensure timely product delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform product strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or legal tech environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skill
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Asana)
  • Technical background or understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Familiarity with legal intake processes and the needs of in-house legal teams
  • Understanding of engineering development lifecycle
